With the abundance of new “smart growth’ type development in town such as Chestnut Green, The Lodge at Foxborough, Patriot Place, we need better rail service. Mr. Kraft was thinking of buying the spur line at one time (which would have helped Chestnut Green too). Why go to Mansfield when it should come here and has been part of the plans for years?
